"nice, old fashion building with parking on the first floor, covered and included with the rent. Super close to UT north with bus stations, food, drinks and grocery shops nearby. The units are spacious, the 1-1s has everything you need if you are s college student. The manager is very professional and always is open to make arrangements for your convenience. they know you by name; you are part of a small, quiet community, not like the huge apartment buildings along Guadalupe St. where you are just a number and you have to deal with all the chaos at peak hours. having to pay parking and dealing with car/pedestrian traffic. Student life is stressful enough, living in a place like UT Speedway make life easier and more affordable!"

"Overall, nice and peaceful place to live. The apartments are spacious and clean. There's free, covered parking for residents and plenty of street parking for visitors. Pest control comes in routinely to spray as well. The management is great; they helped us adjust our lease to fit our financial aid which was such a relief. The complex is close to campus and there's a corner store plus small eateries right next to the building. I recommend for anyone that wants to live close to campus without the hassle of living in west campus."

"I've had a fantastic experience at UT Speedway since August 2023. The JNJ management team, especially April, has been professional and responsive. April went above and beyond during the virtual room tour, answering all my questions, providing excellent recommendations, and processing my application within 2 days. On move-in day, April even checked in to offer assistance. Maintenance requests and emails to the property management team always receive immediate responses. The public areas, including the laundry area, are well-maintained, and they recently upgraded our mailbox. As a Ph.D. student, a comfortable and worry-free living environment is crucial. The location is very convenient, with a less than 10-minute walk to Guadalupe for express buses, and nearby amenities like the corner store and taco shop. Great access to neighborhood parks for walks and runs. Safety is a priority, and living within the UT Sure Walk and Lyft ride pass area ensures a secure commute at night. The 1b1b unit is spacious, offering ample storage, and includes gas. Overall, it provides a safe, convenient, and comfortable living space, ideal for a graduate student's needs."
