"After 16 years living here, finally we have a great management company who is caring, prompt, responsive and genuine. It's my home and don't plan to leave anytime soon unless I win the lottery. Great place to actually LIVE! Hi. It's me again. I now have lived in the same unit for 17 years but had to move into a different unit because of water damage from the above unit on three separate occasions. RPM Living is by far the best management company I've experienced since I've lived here. They made my transfer so smooth and painless/pleasant. Jennifer and Miranda are both so professional and kind. The maintenance staff is also kind and professional and prompt. Not having moved anywhere for 17 years has been a juggling act yet Sona has everything that I need. I had options to move anywhere else but wanted to stay here. I plan to stay put here in this safe, peaceful and pleasant community. My new unit is closer to the pool. "I've been living in this apartment for over a year now, and I've been very happy with the customer service I've received. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're always quick to respond to any issues I've had. Whenever i raise a maintenance request, they send the maintenance person out to fix it the same day. My apartment was damaged by a water leak from the apartment on the top floor. But until my apartment is fixed and ready, they gave me a temporary place to live. I would definitely recommend SoNa apartment to anyone looking for a place to live. The apartment itself is also very nice. It's spacious and well-maintained, and it has everything I need. The location is also great. It's close to everything I need, including work, restaurants, and shops. But what really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staffs Jennifer and Miranda are always very helpful."
