"I will Never go to this location again. The "manager" I delt with was rude and very inexperienced. I came in to pick up two pair of shoes I ordered online after receiving an email stating my order was ready for pickup. When I got there I only had one pair of shoes. The manager stated oh we had to cancel one of your orders because we don't have them. I explained that I did quad pay and when and how do I get back my money. She keep calling another manager asking her what to do and when I ask for that manager name so that I could talk to her tomorrow. The lady stated I can't give you her name. School starts tomorrow and this is Really an inconvenience. The worst part is that they did have that shoe in stock and I ask them to hold it for me earlier that day, become I will be back. They where just to lazy to look. And she was more worried about the store closing at 8 than my messed up order. Never again. I will just wait for shipping to my home next time."
