"I Will Never Shop this location again. I talk to Cole who said he is the manager. I informed him my son had not received his shoes that the store placed order for. Cole was very cold on the line and changed his tune when I ask for his boss name. He said he could not give me his boss name. They never have my son size and always act busy at the counter in an empty store. I wish people could give better customer service when you are spending your money."
"We came there to shop on some good deals, but only the good deals we seen never had the size I needed. They only had 2 to 3 sizes of all the ones on sale. I did end up buying a pair but not the ones I wanted. The sales staff were great though."
"I've never been more disappointed in this store, than today. Took my 2 kids to get new shoes and buy myself a pair. More than likely buy some clothes too for their christmas gifts. Three associates just stood at the counter, we finally were able to get help for my son to try on a pair of shoes. The guy handed him the box then walked away. No one ever checked in on us, asked if we needed anything else, NOTHING! mind there was no one else in the store when we were there. Once more people walked in the female associate walked into the back, the associate that "helped" us, started helping someone else, and the 3rd walked around aimlessly. We waited for a bit so my daughter could get shoes but after long enough of nothing we put the box on the counter and left. I literally planned on spending up to 400 or more on merchandise and got nothing. I'll take my business else where from now on. Also, only reason I give 2 stars is because we all actually found what we "hoped to purchase" right away."
"The employees were so incredibly helpful and I left getting everything I needed for my son to start wrestling. Wrestling shoes, running shoes, mouth guard, duffel bag, socks, shirts, compression briefs, hat and I was able to stay on brand with all of them and purchase all nike, which is important for me. I hate having a bunch of different brands for one specific thing."
