"Went to purchase a computer, printer and tv. I had some items in mind off of the web site. We went in and met Logan. Very polite, knowledgeable of all products and patient with us and our needs. He set us up with the correct items and described all functions and even mentioned a cord we needed. Got the stuff home. Everything went smooth. "I went to buy a phone, they had it in stock but not on display. I asked them to open the phone box so I could see it, and was told they could not do that unless I bought it. I thought, no problem, if I don't like it I will just walk over to the service desk and return it, no worries right? NOPE! Was told there would be a 45$ restocking charge. So, I said let me get this straight.... If I buy the phone and don't like it and don't even leave the store you will charge me 45$ to walk it over to the service desk? I was told they could show me a picture of it... So gracious of them. TLDR... Went to BB to buy an in stock phone, no display available. I would have to buy the phone to look at it and if I didn't like it they would charge me for the service of looking at it. Best Buy.... Really, I see why you are losing you customer base. Do Better!"
