"Honestly the worst experience ever for my first time renting an apartment. Management is horrible. I would call so many times, no one answer. I’ve complained AND filled out the move in condition form that it took them literally 3 months to do maintenance. And I would find roaches and spiders and ants inside!! I should’ve listen to the people that lived next door, telling me that it ain’t worth staying here. Word of advice, check the room before signing anything. Best of luck to y’all if you decide to rent here."

"Property has changed ownership and management and great changes are being made! Jennifer is great at managing the communities and resident questions. She’s super responsive and finds solutions for everything! As a multi-family vendor, I’ve worked with Jennifer in the past and have seen how dedicated she is to her residents. Community is in a great location easy fast access to major city highways and main streets. Just minutes away from north Austin and downtown Austin."

"Do not live here unless your only other option is homelessness. Left after 6 months. 2 months in the ceiling starting to leak. I put in requests to fix it, which were ignored. Eventually it became a full sized hole that attracted bugs and animals. Every time it rained, our bathroom was flooded. After 2 months, after tons of calls, request, emails I had to contact the owners of the property just for it to be fixed. THEN our unit became infested with mice and roaches. Management claimed pest control had fixed the problem but they didn't. Management eventually stopped answering my calls, emails and the office was closed the last 4 times I went. The only pests that were exterminated were by myself or my dog. Moved out right before New Years."
