"Not the place to live if you're working late. Neighbors are partying almost everyday, kids hit walls and windows with soccer balls, trash is left everywhere because the neighbors don't have the decency to clean up and packages are stolen constantly. They also let their kids go around kicking doors and do nothing but watch. Only lived here a few months and lost over $200 in packages already."

"Unsafe living conditions failing stairs and walk ways caving in, roach infestations. Side walks covered and debris, clothing, furniture. Owners/management changes constantly. Paperwork is lost people are put out based on them not keeping records or stealing rent. I have two elderly people finishing out their lease here. They are subjected to see piles of garbage when they walk out their front doors. This is due to the way this property decides to deal with evictions by throwing everything off of the balcony and leaving it there for weeks. City of Austin Code enforcement is running behind taking almost a week. Very unsafe conditions for people in wheelchairs and walkers to be able to walk around this property. Children are subjected to whatever is in these piles of garbage including needles, broken glass, old prescriptions. The normal way to handle this to buy a large dumpster and have a crew remove all of the items from the home and get it off of the the property in 9/2/22 most of the debris have been removed!"

"The management is constantly changing . The office people get an attitude when you ask them to fix multiple repairs . I read the reviews and still continued to move in . Smh a year there was not worth the 1200 that was paid monthly"

"This place never has hot water every week I put in a work order to get hot water working and it only works for one day. Wish I never started a lease here. Management doesn’t care about the tenants!! Update: the maintenance crew did fix the hot water issue, and came out during the pandemic to fix my A/C in a timely manner. Thanks!"

"Absolutely terrible! It’s roach infested, half the tenants sell drugs. There is loud music playing all night. The people in the leasing office lies throughout the entire process. Do not. I repeat DO NOT rent at these apartments"
