"wouldn’t recommend at all. not sure how they have so many great reviews. they let me out of my lease because it was within my legal right as a DV victim, but they ruined my credit 2 whole years later claiming i broke the lease. no one ever tried calling my number, writing or emailing. when i tried clearing it up with the collector they sold it to, both current and past management were no help and the collector claimed the paperwork provided to end the lease wasn’t valid. both the old and new management claimed the other should have record of past residents. ended up paying $3000. super shady, but at least it matches the area/ neighborhood."
