"Responded to an ad, listed at quite a low price. Was definitely skeptical. Called the next morning, but the phone doesn’t even ring. It lets you know someone will text you. Received a text right away, asked a couple of questions, like what is my name, and they scheduled me to talk to someone in a month…??? I asked if the ad was correct. Turns out their cheapest rent is almost triple what the listing boasted. I don’t understand why they would make a false ad. It’s just a waste of time for everyone."

"I’ve lived here for about 3 months now, and wow this place is awesome. The buildings are recently remodeled on the inside and are of good quality. The building is somewhat old, but the new management is so helpful and always in the office. Whenever there is a problem I have had no trouble getting someone to come out the next day. The area is so close to the downtown for a reasonable price considering the alternatives. Have nothing but praise for how this place has been handled since my arrival!"

"The apartments are older but good effort has been made to update them with new fixtures. Maintenance is timely, and the complex is currently being updated. Rent is a bit expensive, but worthwhile for the location and better than a lot of locations in Austin at present. Leasing office staff are always professional and courteous as well."

"The reviews on this apartment complex can be deceiving. I just moved in 3 months ago and couldn’t be happier with my apartment! The past reviews had me worried about issues with the apartment or the management, but they have changed ownership since most of those reviews, and they really couldn’t be any better! There were a couple of maintenance issues I had when I moved in that were fixed the same day I had put in the request In. As for the apartment it is so much more spacious then then square footage might make you think, great living room space with a room for an office or dining room next to kitchen. Then the bedroom also has 2 really big closets with one being and a walk in closet where I can fit my bike into as well! Overall for the price and the location being a quick 10 minute walk over the bridge to downtown is really hard to beat if your looking to live in Austin!"

"I lived here for two years. My roommate was in that unit for 7 years. We paid rent on time, treated the staff with the normal amount of respect that all humans deserve and they treated us with the same respect in return. My application was almost denied, but they worked with me to resolve it, and I moved in seamlessly. Move out was equally seamless. The premises are kept clean. Location is great. And the guest parking situation is fantastic, as is parking in general. Maintenance is super responsive, the people in the leasing office are helpful, and the neighbors are generally great (with some exceptions, as you can tell by reading other reviews here). Most of what people complain about are problems with all complexes in the below $1500/bedroom range. For the price and location, you get more than your money's worth here, in my opinion. Overall, if you’re not looking to spend thousands on a luxury one bedroom apartment, this is the next best option."
