"I lived here for 11 months and had a horrible experience. My roommate had her moped stolen right out of the garage and I got my car broken into. This place is extremally over priced and unsafe with little to no security. Also, it has been 4 months since my roommate and I have moved out and we still have not received our security deposit back. We have contacted them multiple times with little to no response and now they are saying we are no longer in their system??? The office staff has done nothing to help our situation and they are unable to send proof of mailing our deposit check but say it has been mailed. For how large of a corporation Greystar is, this is completely unacceptable. DO NOT live at the Lola or any Greystar properties if you want a good renting experience."

"I love living at the Lola! It is so close to Aba which is one of my fav places!! The amenities are always clean and the staff is amazing with any questions I have. Samantha is always super helpful and nice! I will continue renewing my lease with the Lola for the foreseeable future! :)"

"This apartment is definitely for you IF you like: 1. 8+ months long of ongoing ALL DAY construction/landscaping with no notice of timeline plans/end date - often before 8 am, even on Saturdays ! 2.Your water being shut off with no prior notice on multiple occasions 3. The car gate being stuck open a majority of the time 4. Paying for trash pick up that is supposed to come 5 nights a week but in reality only came about twice a week 5. Your windows leaking every time it rains despite multiple service requests & "repairs" from an outsourced company 6. Duplicate charges & inexplicable service charges on your account that you constantly have to monitor & question 7. Being told that regardless of the condition of your apartment upon move out, they will deduct a cleaning fee from your deposit (no apartment I've ever lived in before has done this) 8. Paper thin walls and ceilings where you can hear everything your neighbors do 9. Paying for amenities not being properly taken care of (pool/hot tub) & being locked and unavailable for a month with no explanation 10. An incompetent management team that will not take accountability for concerns (like listed above). They also do not communicate with each other and you will hear a different answer from each of them. The only redeeming qualities this place had were the location (of course) and the repairs team - Brian and Zach you were always professional with prompt repairs so thank you. I would not recommend anyone to live here. It's way too expensive for the chaos that it contains."

"The Lola is such an a great place to call home. This place truly deserves a 5-star rating for numerous reasons. The management team here is top-notch. They're always friendly, approachable, and quick to address any concerns. They genuinely care about the residents' well-being. Samantha is one of a kind and such a genuine and pleasant soul. The property is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. The community events organized by the management team are a blast. They're a great way to meet neighbors and foster a sense of community. The Lola is located off the best street in Austin. Being able to walk down to South Congress is really hard to beat! I've created lasting memories here, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a friendly, and beautiful place to live, The Lola should definitely be your top choice."

"If you're happy with paying exorbitant rates, inexplicable charges on your monthly rent, and paying other people's bills even after you've moved out, then you'll love living here! If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I don't even live here anymore and I am still having constant issues with the management. 1. I was forced to extend my lease because the incompetent management refused to accept my email as a notice that we were not renewing the lease. 2. I've been moved out for 2 months, attempted to cancel my electricity service which didn't go through. The Lola never took responsibility for the service as legally obligated, and now I am left with a $600 bill and supposedly am paying the new tenants electricity bill. 3. My registered car was illegally towed from the apartments parking garage and it took 3+ months for the management to refund me after promising to do it that day. 4. Ant infestation, power outages, water turned off, broken air conditioners. 5. Locked out of my apartment for 24+ hours and the so called emergency maintenance wouldn't come because they "run their own schedules". When the office opened in the morning they tried to tell me they couldn't unlock it without my ID. My ID that was locked inside my apartment?!? 6. Got charged when I moved out for "dirty air ducts". I am not an HVAC technician and should not be responsible for cleaning air ducts."
