"Horrific roach infestation. The complex claims to have an exterminator every week and you get charged for it. Yet, the property is riddled with pests. The pools and other amenities are always dirty or closed. Used needles, beer cans, and trash litter the grounds. Gunshots constantly and a large homeless community right next to the complex. Do not move here, you will regret it."

"I've lived here for 4 years. When I moved in, my partner and I had to move from our quirky and beloved south congress apartment of 8 years -to make way for stylish office space over the avenue. It was bittersweet and we weren't planning to renew our lease after the 6 months was up. We did! Then, Covid hit, lock downs, ice storm, and so many things in the last few years have happened to bring us out of our apartments to know our neighbors, that we have familiar faces around us and care about the community. The current incarnation of office & maintenance humans are making a difference here daily. It takes time building trust with tenants. They're doing the work to knit this into a little community that wont be luxury, but could simply be home. We've made this little place ours for now."

"I've lived here for 1 year they went threw 3 different property manager. This place is not worth the price. You here gun shots day and night. You have people that sit with there doors open all day and night. When it gets hot you feel it not only in the apartment but in your pockets. These apartment are not updated. When it's cold you feel it. The water never stays warm. In the showers. Homeless people all around the community. Had a man on my porch with a gun. Nothing was done. Gave police reports and more. Nothing was done."

"I recently moved here from MI and even though i read some negative reviews i chose this place because of the price thinking it would be ok. It is the cheapest around and It definitely shows. At first I noticed roaches. Then I found some maggots on the floor. The cabinets smelled terrible and they just painted over them instead of replacing them. The Vents are humid and have mold/mildew on the side walls, therefore, the air smells terrible to the point that is very uncomfortable to breathe and it probably is not healthy. Even the water has a weird smell to it. The entire apartment smells very bad and it won't go away. If i had taken a tour in person i would NOT choose this place at all. It is the worse apartment I've even rented. Please do yourself a favor and look for something a little more expensive it will definitely be worth it."
