Domino's Pizza

"Ordered food at 612pm didnt have it done still when I came back at 915pm. I wish I was joking. 1pizza a breadstick and tots. Y'all dont even gotta TAKE the persons order cause its freaking automated. So if the robot is doing half of your job for you by helping take orders, why cant you manage to do the rest of the job yourself. Pitiful. Anyways went to get my food and it was too old to ring up the ticket and sell said items so they were free. But I still didnt get what I ordered. Got a free pizza that was 3hours old but different than what I ordered. While waiting I overhear the mouthy woman w tattoos in the kitchen mentioned the customers can suck her balls if they dont like the wait times. Super classy."

"I know the location is new and I was really hoping for a way to do a private review vs one on Google however there is no option for that. First order from them was great however my order last night was rough. Was quoted a 30-45 min delivery window and took an hour and 10 mins for delivery. I could tell the pizza had been sitting for a while as it was very chewy. Also twice now we have ordered wings and hardly any sauce were on the wings. I did voice a complaint the last time about the wings and I guess it went unheard as there was even less sauce this time. I want to see domino's succeed in Murphysboro but they will seriously have to step up their game if they want to compete with local competition or even the Carbondale location."

"Ordered a salad, dessert, pizza and wings online. Salad not delivered and no offer of a refund from driver or the store. When we called and asked for a refund the manager didn’t know how to do it. So, more training. And, you owe me a salad."

"The pizza was good but could have stayed in the oven a little longer. The wings were supposed to be mild buffalo and literally one wing had a little bit of sauce. The lava cakes were good."

"Need lots of work on organizing and processing orders on a busy weekend night. 1.5 hrs to get a cold pizza and breadsticks is way too long. Not to mention losing the wings to the order somewhere in the process. Staff was friendly and polite, though, even with upset customers in the lobby, drivethru, and calling in complaining. I'll give it another chance after they have some time training a bit more. Hopefully just takes a little bit of time to get their act together."
