"If you have to wait forty minutes at KFC AND THEY FORGET YOUR MAC N CHEESE! Then you go back to get it, they say we'll bring it out to you we're making it now, and thirty minutes later, after nobody comes outside with the Mac n cheese, you return inside for them to say they still have to make it! You might as well make it at home! Horrible management and probably owners/corporate at this KFC/Taco Bell! The breading on the chicken was disgusting! It wasn't breaded correctly and it was almost black from dirty grease! Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY! NEVER GOOD SERVICE HERE!"

"I've attempted to go through the drive thru 3 times over the last few months between 5-6p and no one answers the drive thru. Pulled around to the window to try to order and can see 2 people working their tails off but no one ever came to the window or answered drive thru. I wont be back. HIRE MORE WORKERS!!!!"

"The atmosphere was worse than DMV. The girl working up front walk past us seven times. Never even made eye contact. Never even asked for our order. We finally said something to her. She never greeted us. She seemed pissed off. The food was absolutely horrible. You could smell the old burnt grease on the food. The food was two different colors. One was cooked and fresh grease. One was in old grease. Her math skills were not very good. I had the five item box. Only four items in the box. Seems pretty basic to screw up. They were not very busy. They were more worried about filling the ice machine. I got their version of chicken nuggets. They were the gristle leftover pieces. Unbelievably nasty. If they shut this KFC down it would be a plus for Murphysboro."

"Very slow drive up. Had to pull forward hitting a big drop off in driveway see photo Food was not what I ordered asked for 4 tenders only ended up with a meal all for $13 with no receipt. Tenders were tasty but dried out and tough"

"We went through drive thru tonight and our cashier was so nice! The car in front of us pulled off due to the wait and the cashier was understanding and helpful. The receipt says her name was Nicole. They were out of biscuits and gave us a few extra pieces of chicken to replace them. Overall was a great experience. If this girl isn’t a manager she absolutely needs to be considered for it because she handled the situation so smoothly. She took off us pretty quickly. The food tastes great."
