"I was waiting in drive thru about 3min before i said "hello"? A lady answered, "i'll be with yiu in a min" another car pulls up behind, leaving in after about 2min, and i still wait. Another 2-3min go by and i say "hello" again. Same lady comes on, "i said it will be a few min" and i say" i was just wondering brcause you haven't said anything" "well, we are short staffed..." i said i understand" and i hear "the nerve of some...." i pulled away and was able to get around. I was about to.spend $30 on a meal for 3 and after the smart attitude and snarky tone, it was not worth $30 of my hard earned $$!! Maybe you should train your employees of how to deal with stressful situations, othereise you will lose more business."

"they need to shut this place down. fire the black girl with the red hair she was beyond rude and stuck up. took forever to get two soft potato tacos and when i did i swear they are a day old. potato’s were burnt and they had no sauce on them. i ended up spitting it out the flavor was so bad it genuinely taste like a week old burrito. you’d think the city would have closed them down by now"

"It’s one of the places you can go to eat. Do notice how I did not say “to get food”. They do not serve food. The service… it takes some time. I listened to the entire Little Runmo soundtrack and a sizable portion of the Amazing Digital Circus tracks while waiting for my burrito. The burrito was just ok but they stuffed the beans and beef vertically instead of horizontally. Hearing “Waltz of the Meatball Man” in the KFC/Taco Bell drive through did teach me a lesson about my place in the universe, however. That’s all."

"Tried time and time again to give them business, once pulled up around 9, lights on inside cars there no one takes my order. Pulled up to the window and they were in a blunt rotation. It's sad because the employees are not children but I'm not confident any of them have been trained or can actually read. A note for the owners, just shut it down you're an embarrassment to the town."

"My husband and two grandsons decided to stop for lunch. I knew we probably should have went somewhere else when I ordered two classic combos and the girl had no idea what I was talking about, saying "we don't have that box anymore". I pointed it out on the menu and she had to ask me what was in it. Then she rang up the order, says "I think I forgot something" read the order back, I said you didn't get the TWO classic combos. Wait and wait for our order and then, all the food arrives except 1 classic combo. I explained I ordered two.....so I let the others eat since mine was supposed to be "right out". In the end I told them to make it to go since everyone else had finished eating by the time it got done. Never again!!"
