"The neighborhood is really turning and with a daycare onsite is awesome. They have free TV and the management is nice but firm."
"Old memories. A lot of my family members use to live their 20 plus years ago. They now own homes. Low income housing is a stepping stone for better. Take advantage of all the programs they offer. I have friends, who stay there. Excellent Day Care. They have."
"TERRIBLE me and my mom always get insects! And our A.c. waswnt work and we asked the manger and said that they will fix it BUT they never did! We even had to go to court to ask them and it took them TWO months to fix it.and there is always fighting in the parking lot. And people always knock on our door in the middle of the night like at 3:00.we also get a lot of ants and roaches"
"Unprofessional management, maintenance guy is great but you have to go up to him personally to get something done. Managment won't inform him of your issue. Units share water heaters so hot water runs out quick if you and your neighor shower at the same time, Loud music, people arguing the parking lot, trash everywhere, roach infested. Most of the washers and dryers in the laundry room are broken and have been for a long time. If your situation calls for being on the section 8 program, pick another complex without hesitation. Not a good place for kids. Constant drug use in the parking lots."
