"Lived here for 1 year AND that was definitely 1 year too long. Absolutely awful. Windows are too small feels like you are living in a hospital or a prison camp. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors , so getting proper sleep is not really easy here … only good thing was living so close to the lake. Definitely many other options way better than this place. Do not waste your time or money here."
"It is a nice apt complex in a great area, but the first property manager who worked in the office wasn't the nicest lady. A bit attitudinal after lease was signed and there was problem while living there. They claimed our place would be renovated by time we moved in or not more than a month after. The construction went on for months and started as early as 6:30 a m. and it wasn't quiet either!!; Other than those issues, living in Tarrytown and on a main UT bus route (18/Enfield Mopac) was fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean!!! I would recommend area if able to afford area."
