"I've lived at the Garrison twice, 2 years the first time, a year break living elsewhere, and then another 2 years up until last week when I moved into something bigger. It's really a hidden gem. The apartments are nice enough, the pool is great, the location is great, and really the best part of it is the community. People came and went and I really enjoyed almost all of my neighbors the whole time. My only gripe with the Garrison is the lack of natural sunlight in units. The screens they require you to keep on the windows really keep the limited sunlight you're getting out, especially on the first floor. Other than that, though, they really do fit a lot into a small space. Gas stoves, large walk-in closet, decent counter space. Audra was amazing when I first moved in, and Shawn, the current property manager, is also great. Always responsive, professional, polite, and really easy to deal with. The maintenance guys are great and friendly and really seem to care about taking care of the property. With the price, location, the awesome pool, and the wonderful community, it's hard to beat The Garrison."

"Actually probably the best apartment for the value I’ve ever lived in. Shawn with management is very communicative and super nice and understanding. Nice, super chill complex with really great neighbors who are friendly and take the time to introduce themselves. The apartment is very clean and has no issues. I’m not sure about the past reviews because my apartment isn’t even one of the newest refurbishments and it’s clean and bug/odor free. I’ve never had so much as a spider in my apartment. Pool, dog park, and general grounds are very clean. Maintenance is always quick, polite, and gives plenty of notice. I came from an apartment over 2x the rent that had a ton more issues than here. Would definitely recommend! My only reason for leaving is that I got married and we went ahead with committing to a house!"
