"I've been here over a year now. Love living here - perfect location and reasonable rent considering the rest of the market and how close this place is to everything. Tramor makes it easy to pay rent, make work orders, get packages delivered, and everything a renter needs."
"My friend recently experienced severe flooding and water damage to her apartment, due to a water leak in the apartment of the tenant above. The experience with management has been abysmal with no consideration for her well-being or empathy for the experience. Accommodations were not offered, and the expectation is she stay in the apartment, or she can relocate her to another unit, at another property which is an unsuitable alternative. The damage occurred on Sunday the 31st. Water damage takes a minimum of 72 hours to dry, before restoration should begin and the apartment is still sitting untouched by maintenance now 3 days later. Tramor will not let her out of her lease either, they have stated that the work repairs should be completed by Thursday the 3rd. As the materials have now been soaked in water since Sunday, damage will be much more extensive with the development of mold, and this would include drywall, ceiling, and flooring. Aside from ZERO help and complete negligence on the end of the property, I advise you to stay away from any property managed by this group. They have no consideration for their tenants based on how she has been treated and the experience. Furthermore, no consideration for their tenants or prospective tenants if they believe they can remedy the unit into livable conditions that are up to health and safety code regulations due to their lack of timeliness in addressing the damage to their property. Please be aware that your health will be in jeopardy living in this complex and they do not seem to properly care for the conditions of their property, and this could be an issue in a potential unit you may rent or currently be in. I advise you to seek out a healthcare professional if you are experiencing any symptoms related to mold exposure due to their negligence. This does also fall under a casualty law within Travis County, and she should be allowed out of the lease as her safety is in jeopardy."
"This place does not care about their tenants AT ALL. It seems they only care about money and not about the good for the tenants. If your ceiling collapses and your apartment floods, they will do nothing to find you a suitable place to stay while “trying” to render the situation. Instead, they will force you to stay in your current “unlivable” apartment or move you to another unit at a completely different complex. Why would anyone want to move to a completely different part of town or completely different complex when you leased at a specific property for that apartment and the location!! When asked if you can get out of your lease that will end in 3 months and find a more suitable home, they will force you to remain in your current lease until the end of your term despite everything they have put you through!! This is MADNESS!! DO NOT LIVE AT A TRAMOR PROPERTY."
"My friends living room to include her dinning area is completely ruined as the ceiling fell through due to a leak from the upstairs neighbor. All her furniture to include other valuable items are damaged and non repairable. The incident took place Sunday and the property manager and owner have yet to assist in any way. If it weren’t for close friends, she would have no place to live. Both the owner or property manager refuse to allow her to terminate her lease (she has 3 months left) and is forcing her to stay in an unlivable apartment. Owner states they can “fix” the entire unit by Thursday. I can’t wrap my mind around how they truly believe this won’t take place again. Instead of allowing her to terminate her lease in order to properly fix the issue, the prefer a quick fix , not thinking about other tenants that will possibly live in the same unit in the future. This management team has shown their lack of empathy and display their poor management style by not making their tenant’s safety and well being a priority. I would highly reconsider living a Tramor at FourPark Place."
"By far the worst rental experience EVER. Back in May I was without AC for 9 days. Now my neighbors apartment above me leaked causing my entire ceiling of my living room and dining room to come down, ruining ALL of my personal belongings. They are now refusing to let me out of my lease. DO NOT LIVE AT A TRAMOR PROPERTY."
