"Great property. Easy to work with management and wonderful location. Will definitely refer again!"
"Wish I could leave zero stars. I moved out of the Delta Apartments because my unit was overflowing with water due to bad plumbing, and it ended up being a good thing because it got me away from disastrous living conditions and horrible property management. I explained to them several times that I could not wash my clothes or shower without causing more flooding, and even with me not using the water, I still had to keep buying towels for the floor and replacing them daily because I could not keep up with the flooding. They did not seem to care about my concerns, never knew what was going on, and were rude when I talked to them. They were rude to other tenants too and failed to communicate important information about maintenance requests, building repairs, and community facilities. Also, despite being newly renovated apartments, during the two and a half months that I lived there, two lights partially fell out of the ceiling, and the washer/dryer combos are very small and literally take 3+ hours to dry clothes. Do not live here unless you are okay with being treated like trash by incompetent management while living in a defective apartment."
"1. Consistent flooding & plumbing issues. 2. Safety/security concerns stemming from attempted break-ins and police reports have been filed. With multiple open units for squatters to come and go as they please. 3. HVAC units installed incorrectly and without air filters strongly affecting the air quality we are breathing in (Confirmed by HVAC Technician). 4. Multiple wasp/hornet nests around the complex that no one has come to remove. 5. The recessed lighting in multiple units have fallen out exposing the wiring and no one has come to fix them when maintenance requests are made and followed up upon. 6. Hot water issues concentrated around the 2nd floor units. 7. Unlevel and unstable floors concentrated around the 2nd floor units. 8. Dog poop bags finally cleared out after multiple requests were made. 9. Non-residents smoking at the gate constantly in the community area. 10. Cancelling maintenance request with no explanation to why. Next comes the unacceptable communication we have received from the Twelver Rivers Property Management team. This is a resounding theme across the board from all residents. We have to consistently follow up to make sure the smallest things get accomplished. And we are often responded to in a condescending fashion or told to contact someone else making us feel like we aren’t valued or even seen as deserving of the team’s time. Having to go through that on top of the issues themselves has caused a high amount of emotional distress/damages. I highly recommend you save yourself your own sanity and do not move into this complex"
"This apartment complex is horribly managed and run by Twelve Rivers Property Management. Since move in, the “brand new unit” has experienced no shortage of issues without assistance from the Property Managers to even rectify the situation(s). These issues include currently dealing with a sewer break in the building which led to a flooded unit. Other issues: no hot water for months (or if you do get it, you have to run it for 13+ minutes (it was timed)), apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in, building gate was damaged for several nights with no communications, and the laundry list continues. There were multiple times where contact was made directly to the Property Management, especially when the unit flooded. As opposed to providing immediate assistance and coming to the property to do a visual inspection of damage and discuss remedies, we had a person on the phone inform us “they could not send a physical person there because they have 400+ properties.” That’s exactly what a tenant wants to hear when their possessions are damaged and they have no idea how they will be made whole. Avoid this place and don’t fall for the gimmicks. Other than location, you’re just signing up to a lease filled with problem after problem. Curious if the owner knows how bad the property management company is."
