"I have never written a review before, I had an experience that rattled me so that I need to share. My sister and I visited festival of the little hills in St. Charles on Saturday and it was very crowded and hot. We drove down Fifth street saw what we thought was a place to pulling so we parked. There was a woman in the parking lot at the time moving trashcans around and saw us walking up the alley. When we finished our afternoon we walked back to the car, but no car. You had called to get my car towed. We were in shock, since we had been stranded out in the heat, both of us in our 70's. I have to say what a mean spirited thing to do to someone. It tells me how a lot about the owner of this business. It cost my $380.00 and a lot of stress and inconvenience. I had no car until Monday. Horrific!"
