"This apartment complex is terrible, and I can't wait to leave. The management is unresponsive and neglectful, failing to follow up when promised. Health concerns & noise complaints go unresolved for paying tenants. There have been over 5 reported car break-ins, however, they don't always inform residents so there probably are more. My packages have been stolen. Rent prices are ridiculous as is, they call themselves a luxury complex but there’s nothing luxurious about this place. When your lease ends, the prices to renew are outrageous because management raises them. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake, the management posts the 5 star reviews themselves so they look good for new tenants. I don’t recommend signing here, look elsewhere."

"Had a great experience with the front office when attempting to find a place to settle down. Very clean property, friendly maintenance staff, and awesome amenities! Highly recommend moving here if you’re in the market for an apartment."

"During our time living at the Langdon we had several serious issues with the unit as well as property damage to our owned property. This all began once RPM Living purchased the complex and everything went downhill. To name a few incidences: the maintenance team damaged our brand new dryer when they stepped on it when fixing the ac and despite my best efforts to get resolution with the complex they said that it was ultimately our responsibility to tell their maintenance team not to step on our washer and dryer when fixing the ac unit. This was the 3rd time our ac broke in less than 4 months and had to be replaced which also caused severe water damage to several of our items that were stored in our laundry closet at the time. Again, when I went to the apartment complex about this they basically said to deal with it and that we should have removed the items from the shelves above the washer and dryer below the ac unit faster despite us moving all of the items as soon as we noticed the water leaking. Mind you, this was during the hottest part of summer and our apartment was also getting to absurd temperatures in the high 80’s and I was several months pregnant at the time. During all of these issues with the ac, we had mold and mildew start to grow in our air vents and run down our walls below the vents and when I flagged this to the complex they had someone from the maintenance team simply come and paint over the mold and mildew stains on the walls and they didn’t even clean out the vents. Again, I was several months pregnant and this could have caused serious illness for both myself and my son. You can see the mold and mildew in the images I attached and again they just painted over that . There was just such an absurd level of incompetence that presented itself once RPM living bought the building from the previous owners and thankfully we moved out before our son was born because I would NOT want a child or anyone that may be immunocompromised to be living at this complex due to their negligence alone. Don’t get me started on the car break ins in the complex, how frequently the gates are broken causing further security concerns, and the lack of awareness from the front office despite these issues being flagged several times. If the previous owners still ran this place, I would HIGHLY recommend renting here, however I can’t tell you more simply than this, if you care about the health and safety of yourself and/or your loved ones, do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT AT THE LANGDON AT WALNUT PARK. They are horribly run, maintained, and their team is a joke. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would."

"I’ve been here for over 3 months and absolutely love it. The neighbors are great, the apartment layout I have is fantastic, and the management (especially Emily S!) and maintenance teams are absolutely wonderful. The fact they remember who I am and respond to any inquiries and maintenance requests so quickly deserves the 5 stars. Lots of dogs live here and my pup loves meeting them all in the dog park or on our walks. Highly recommend it here!"

"Great gated community to live in that's near almost everything you could want. The renovated floor plans are super nice (attached photos from when I moved in)!!! The amenities here are amazing - two pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, and a computer lounge area. I haven't needed any maintenance in my unit which is a huge change from my last apartment complex. All in all, Walnut Park is great!"
