"Been living here for quite a while now and it’s always been a great place. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. There tends to be water issues here and there from the boiler system but they typically get things fixed fairly quick. Elliot (head of maintenance) is awesome and is always extremely helpful to work on anything that’s needed. This place definitely wouldn’t be the same without him."

"Mr.Elliot is one of the maintenance men at Lexington Hills and he is amazing. When something needs to be fixed he is on top of it and at your door within a few hours of your work order or the very next day if it was put in late the day prior. Every problem we have had he has been able to fix in a timely manner and made sure my family and I were good with his work before leaving."
