"We’ve been living here for 9 months and have had a great experience. I will say I was nervous during the ownership change as I’ve had some horrible experiences with that in prior rentals. However, the staff have stayed wonderful and helpful and they love saying hello to my dogs. We’ve never had to wait for a maintenance request to be completed. The maintenance team is quick to respond and so nice. The property is kept well maintained and the few times there has been gate issues it has been fixed quickly. The common spaces are kept very clean and available for use. Parking is never an issue. There are a few interior things that give away this is a new build like our windows being a pain to lock, we’ve had to have our door handle replaced after it fell if, and sometimes using the microwave trips the circuit. But all in all we’ve had a great experience living here"

"Have been at this property since opening and I love my apartment! Terri & Stephanie at the front office are so kind and very helpful. The maintenance team, Pavel, Eddy & Ricardo are also great! Things get fixed same day and they're all so nice. Would definitely recommend this complex."

"This 5 star goes out to Ricardo. He's a friendly maintenance guy who greets you anytime during the day if you walk by him. Put a request to come fix my garbage disposal and hot water in shower. Both are working fine and didn't have to wait long. He also explained what had happened, so that was a bonus."
