"The office staff has been very polite and professional every time I have been there. My dad has zero issues getting service when needed. The manager Hilda is very helpful to all the tenants and very caring. She knows everyone's name when they walk in and to me that's going above and beyond to personally remember all her tenants. They are doing the best with what they have."

"Lots of inappropriate behavior between office workers and young men. Office staff disrespectfully referring to grown men as boys."

"This place has more problems than enough. We were lied to when we moved in. They promised new appliances that didn't happen. Same week we moved in the closet flooded where washer and dryer hookup. We had leaks in the kitchen and bathroom. Now we're having problems with hot water. Was told over a month ago we needed a thermostat still haven't gotten one. Don't have weather strips under the front door or patio door. Mold and mildew fested. And on and on."

"I was really excited to get information about an apartment being available. However, it was weeks later when it was actually available. The majority of the residents are friendly and are very informative. There are several programs in place to help the residents and I’m trying to use as many as possible. The only thing that has made this experience upsetting is my late Christmas package being stolen from my door. Also, some crazy man coming to the door asking me to open the door because he knows me. I had never seen him before. I’m hopeful that no more packages disappear and no unwanted strangers come to the door wanting anything. I’m going to hope for the best."
