"Please adjust the brightness of the giant tv screen on your roof and turn it off when not being used. It is far too bright and is bothersome to apartments that face your building. The last review about this was 4 months ago and you said you were working on it."

"Everything about living here has been fantastic. One day I will move out, and I’m not looking forward to it. Apartments are beautiful, staff is amazing, facilities are spectacular. There is no doubt you get what you pay for. Coming from a competitor’s building that was an absolute nightmare, it’s amazing to finally feel home. Maintenance guy even helped me with the cabinets to make my dream home bar. As long as I am in Austin, I plan on staying at Avenir. Only slight knock is they changing the coffee bar hours so no coffee after 11am? Seems like a short sighted move and I hope they revert back. Silly to offer podcast rooms/studios but you can’t get a cup of coffee from a machine after 11am. Weird corner to cut."

"Avenir is absolutely amazing. The place is immaculate and the amenities are the best I’ve seen in Austin (after many, many apartment tours). The staff are so nice (thanks to Brady for being so accommodating with tours and move-in questions!) and the residents are so friendly too. And the VIEWS! Can’t recommend this place enough."
