"Management is very poor at this place of residency. I moved out early and did everything that was required of me which includes paying all fees, writing my 60 day notice, ensuring the apartment was clean. As the usual doing my due diligence because I always believe in leaving on good terms. Based upon my 60 day notice I was required to be out by the end of December. Long story short I have yet to receive my deposit. I've made several complaints. I've called on numerous occasions inquiring about my check. The first delay was them not knowing whether or not my apartment keys were turned in. However when they played the cameras back they were able to see that the keys were in fact turned in to an employee who failed to do their portion to start the process of distributing my check. So I gave more time. The second excuse was they didn't have paperwork of my 60 day notice. Good thing I keep copies of everything for those who try to get over. Now recently this week I called in and spoke with the assistant manager who mentioned my check was sent out 2 weeks ago but could not confirm to me where the check was sent! I should have known it would be some crooked mess going on when I was told I couldn't receive a deposit if I left early and had to go through the lease myself and show them where I'm entitled to my deposit. You reap what you sow. I will be getting a lawyer involved"

"I’m all about giving honest feedback but after seeing a lot of the reviews some of these are a bit ridiculous. I get it nowhere is perfect and sometimes people have bad experiences but some of these pictures were clearly taken long ago. I currently live here and have been living here since march. I see the changes management is making and here are recent pictures. Staff is friendly maintence is great. Things get broken but they are fixed in a reasonable job."

"Nightmare Apartments: The children and residents have turned this place into chaos. From vandalism to domestic abuse and littering, despite being only 2 years old, these apartments exhibit wear and tear as if they were decades old. Police presence is constant, and the thin walls make it impossible to escape the noise of neighbors. Despite multiple complaints, management seems unable or unwilling to address the issues. What once were promising apartments now suffer from the destructive behavior of residents. Unsupervised children freely roam the premises, vandalizing vehicles and property, while aggressive dogs are left unleashed. If you're seeking cigarette butts, encounters with drug sellers, and overflowing trash, you'll find it all here. Using the pool is a challenge due to constant overcrowding by unsupervised kids, and management is unresponsive to the issue. Additionally, water outages occur without warning for days on end, and packages often get stolen. The list of problems continues. Consider other options, as living here is highly discouraged."

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in what can only be described as a real-life depiction of a movie set in the ghetto. This apartment complex was an absolute nightmare from the moment I moved in. First and foremost, the amount of trash scattered everywhere was absolutely appalling. It seemed like the management had no interest in maintaining even a semblance of cleanliness. The hallways were constantly littered with garbage, and the stench was unbearable. It felt like I was living in a landfill rather than a place I called home. Adding to the chaos were the hordes of unsupervised children running around, making noise at all hours of the day and night. It was as if the complex had become a breeding ground for little rascals with no regard for peace and quiet. Their constant shrieking, yelling, and running created an environment that was far from conducive to relaxation or any form of tranquility. But the nightmare didn't end there. The lack of security in this place was truly alarming. Cars were being broken into left and right, and it seemed like the management turned a blind eye to this ongoing issue. Living in constant fear of having my vehicle vandalized or stolen was an added stress that I did not sign up for when I moved in. To sum it up, living in this apartment complex was like being trapped in a low-budget movie set in the ghetto. The overwhelming trash, the incessant noise from unruly children, and the complete lack of security made it an unbearable living situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache and find a more suitable and peaceful place to call home."

"Do not waste your time renting here!! My brother lives here and the complex is pretty much a huge dumpster! Piles of trash outside of the dumpster and all throughout the hallways! Unattended kids running around throughout the complex being obnoxious at all times of day. Save your money and sanity from this place!"
