"I’ve lived here for seven month and the front office does not care about their indoor gym whatsoever! They left a damaged picture on the wall with sharp shards of glass sticking out out of it. Someone has stolen the 20 pound set of dumbbells, the 30 pound set of dumbbells, and one of the 40 pound dumbbells. They don’t clean any of the gym equipment or vacuum the ground. The door to access the gym from the outside doesn’t properly close causing it to not feel like a safe place!! Update!: it’s been over a month and they have not replaced the stolen weights and two of their kettlebells are missing now! Do y’all’s cameras not work in the gym to see this stuff happening? Do y’all not check daily the condition of the gym and its equipment?"
"I really appreciate the Peaceful environment, the unique design & spaciousness of my apt. The Complex is lovely with lots of trees. Fun events every month & a great way to meet other neighbors. Ashley is helpful & has been a long time staff member. Sintia (Mgr) Pro Active & friendly. I highly recommend Bristol Heights!!"
"I walked in this weekend and met with Alicia and she was an absolute delight. I've been considering moving up north and this complex came recommend by a friend. Alicia was friendly, professional and took time to answer all my questions- and I had a lot. I still haven't made a decision but this place is a top contender for me based on customer service."
"I went in for a tour and the ladies in the office were really nice! The choice of music was great and I loved their energy. It was a little far from my job so I decided to move elsewhere but I definitely recommend! The floor plans are spacious and the amenities are kid and adult friendly!"
