"I've lived here for about 3 years move in when the Apartments were freshly new. In the time that I resided here at Davis Ranch The maintenance have been excellent especially on of the member with his great character and work performed when I put in a request. His name is Alexander Garcia one of the most hard working individual that I met while residing at Davis Ranch Apartments. I will recommend Davis Ranch Apartment to any one who is looking for a safe place and well kept apartments."

"I've only been here for 2 months but it already feels like home. The application process was simple, my apartment was delivered in great condition, no noisy neighbors, maintenance works promptly to get your work orders resolved, and management has provided great customer service. Delaney is the best, she is always welcoming and patient. Great place to live overall if you're looking to stay in your budget, all the while living in the prosperous Tech Ridge area."

"Pros: When I initially moved in the process was smooth and the apartment was spacious for the price. Staff is mostly accommodable other than the lead manager. She is the worst! Cons: After moving in I noticed a lot of black long hair weaved in the carpet so I know my carpet was not new or properly cleaned. Bathtub was very dirty and had to be bleached before used. Worst of all I was charged +$700 for a monthly water bill! After I received the bill and asked how is this possible, I was dismissed multiple times after they told me they were looking into it. Of course they expected me to pay for this bill! I was given excuses such as how often do I wash, do I have a lot of people living with me, and did I purposely flood my own place. None of this was true. My normal water bill was $30-$45 a month and they refused to show me the water meter usage for my apartment unit. Needless to say I had to get legal help to resolve the issue and ended my lease for the lack of professionalism. Live here at your own risk. I surely would not recommend Davies Ranch while current management is there."

"This is a great place to live. I have enjoyed living at Davies Ranch and feel like I was always taken care of by the management staff. The management staff is very responsive, and they truly care about us as residents. I appreciate the fact that they have resident events. They are fun and makes me and my kids feel like we are apart of a great community. The maintenance team is amazing as well. They complete the work orders quickly and efficiently, and they keep the work orders updated so I know what it is going on or why it is delayed in being completed. They are always so friendly and respectful too when they come into my apartment. The property is beautiful, and you can tell that they keep up with the maintenance and cleaning of the property as a whole. I did notice that the gates weren't working properly for a bit because someone ran into the gates, but management let us know and they fixed it within a couple of weeks. Yeah, there are some noises from neighbors, but it is nothing bad. I did make a noise complaint before to management, and then I never had an issue again. I appreciate the staff at Davies Ranch so much, and I highly recommend Davies Ranch to anyone! ❤️"

"Over charged me for the year, but I was just dealing with it because of the time of year I signed. I brought up issues like AC/Heater, garbage disposal, and water pressure issues. All those issues took multiple days to get a response then took multiple days to give a solution or tell me there is no solution and to deal with it. Maintenance always wore shoes in my place and got it very muddy even on the carpet. The entry gate was broken open for 6+ months and when it is fixed, it's fixed for only a month. The public areas were always dirty, and the pool is often closed. They "close" it for cleaning but is not actually cleaned. Lastly, be careful when moving out. The will make a big deal and overcharge for basic wear and tear of a place. You will lose your security deposit and the will ask for more money. Any other apartments in the area will be better and will provide more amenities, safety, and comfort."
