"Elm ridge apartment are very old. These are low income apartments. The pictures on the website for these apartments are deceiving. The residents @ this complex always bring complaints to the manager (her) attention. She has the brush off attuide towards the residents. She says I'll address the problems. But she fails to take action, to have the problems resolved that have been brought to her attention. There's always some sort of issues @ this complex. (Police has been called out to the complex for different things) The owners of this complex & the manager. Needs to do a better job of choosing their future residents."

"Toilet keeps randomly overflowing from back yesterday I was told it could be a Burst in the pipe today I was called a liar and that I keep overflowing myself don't move here because when something happens it's blamed on you even when you have no control over it"

"Hello I’m Michelle Poole. I have a mom who lives there at these apartments. She is disabled and on hospice. I got a call from her nurse that her toilet was clogged and overflowing. She wasn’t sure if my mom had reported it so I called up to the office today 8/24/2020 at 2:30 pm and I reported what was going on. The lady I spoke to was rather rude. This is very unacceptable and uncalled for. She acted like a it was a bother and she got kind of smart. All she had to say thank and we will check on the situation. If people are going to man an office at least be a bit kinder and compassionate."
