"Update 10/12/23 The issues have been resolved. Thank you. I've been here since April, and honestly, I can't wait to move out. Let's start from the beginning. When I moved in, everything was perfect... until I realized that the cold faucet runs HOT water. After multiple emails and maintenance requests, going back and forth, and telling me that it's supposed to be like this because it's hot outside, they finally fixed the issue. Someone forgot to switch the emergency water line, and that's why I had HOT water instead of cold. Well, the bottom line is the water isn't cold; it's just running slightly warm... they said it will be like this because it's too hot outside, and the pipes are getting too hot. The second issue - the elevator has been broken three times since April, and now it's been one month, and it's still not fixed. They said they are waiting for the parts and it's supposed to be fixed by 9/18... well, today is 9/21, and still nothing. The third issue - management. One person left, and they didn't have anyone in the office. They had temporary people who were here and there, but now they got a new manager... and she isn't in the office because she is working offsite. Well, I get it, but what about responding to emails or answering the phone? It's been three days since I'm waiting for their email response. And the last MAJOR ISSUE is parking. They have 42 parking spots for 50 "unique boutiques." Before signing the lease, they said we have enough parking for residents, and non-residents should park on the street... turned out we tenants who pay $1700 for the apartment have to park on the street. They started giving people parking stickers, but if we're short on 8 spots, it's not going to help us. I also had an issue with the dishwasher, and it took them like a month to fix... everything takes a month to fix... but we have to pay rent, right? Internet issues, ANTS issues, neglectful neighbors who decide to dump their dogs at 3 am because they can't afford it. Well, this is my summary and overview of the UNIQUE BOUTIQUE STYLE APARTMENTS, and I'm not stopping anyone from renting out the place here, but not for $1700"
"Update: After weeks of issues, Wirestar came out to fix whatever the problem was. The internet has been reliable since then, but you'll still be locked into Wirestar as your ISP. Residents are forced to use Wirestar's managed internet service. The Wi-Fi is terrible, its constantly disconnecting and never works initially for guests."
"Update: the new property manager, Jasmin, is incredible! She jumped into action, apologized that the ball was dropped, and got everything fixed. No more leak & my baseboards are back. She is also looking in to what can be done about the parking situation and I have full confidence that she’ll come up with an excellent solution. Thank you, Jasmin!! I want so badly to give this complex 5 stars because it truly is beautiful and I love my unit… unfortunately there have been major issues since I moved in and despite me following up multiple times, it still hasn’t been fixed. I came home to my apartment flooded early morning on July 9th. I called emergency maintenance multiple times but no one answered so I spent hours pushing water out of my apartment and drying the floors. Maintenance came the next day, removed baseboards in my bathroom, hallway, laundry room, and kitchen, drilled holes in the walls and set up huge fans and dehumidifiers to dry the walls. Apparently the water came from the unit above me, to no fault of that tenant - it was an issue with the water heater pipes. Maintenance came back a week later to remove the fans and dehumidifiers but no one has been back since to replace the baseboards and it’s now August 25th. Many people have come by to take photos and look at the issue, but every last one says “oh this is a bigger issue than I thought, we’ll need a contractor out for this”. I have also sent photos via email and maintenance requests. They keep telling me they’ll keep me updated, but I haven’t heard from them. My unit continues to flood (more mildly) multiple times a day. I have heard there are broader issues with the buildings pipes but no one seems to be fixing it. This is hugely inconvenient and I’m disappointed that I’m paying so much for a luxury space that isn’t being taken care of. The parking is also an issue, as another reviewer mentioned, but I don’t see how they can fix that now. I just want my apartment back to normal so I can stop stressing over this every day."

"I’ve been here for a couple weeks and I gotta say, I’m pretty blown away. The apartments themselves are so well crafted aesthetically as well as functional. They clearly took their time and made very quality units. The ladies at the front office are exactly the kind of people you want to deal with at a complex. Maggie walked me thru and helped me with the whole process and any hiccups that might’ve occurred. Even the maintenance manager was friendly and helpful. Great team in the office and some stunning apartments for an amazing price, anybody I show the place to is really blown away. Couldn’t recommend it any more."
