"One of the worst places I have ever lived at. The gates randomly stop working, often from homeless tampering. Homeless, strangers, and hooligans wander the community often. Few trouble makers in the current residents that are there. Gun violence, car catalytic convertor theft, attempted break-ins, attempted car-jack, multiple car crashes, and constant false fire alarm tampering all within the span of a few months living here. Genuinely feared for my safety. Don't bother asking the office any of this because they haven't worked there long enough to know. Stop a resident walking by and ask them what's the craziest story they've experienced living there. If you're looking for something "affordable" you are better off going to Santora Villas (next-door) or any other community off East Riverside."
