"Worse management Maria I’ve ever had to experience with just the move in process was horrible. No one seems to be in the office, I recommend to don’t even waste your time. They don’t answer the phones, it took weeks just to hear back from them, the apartment view was horrible it had wholes that looked to be just painted over. The apartment had very bad smells to it. it also took them for ever to get things verified. I was so totally over them it was not worth the hassle and not to even be a luxury apartments. Just a frustrating and horrible experience Not Professional at all. I would not recommend people to move here. You could just imagine what you would have to really go through living there. Thumbs down to the Nines!"

"Apartments are nice and have great amenities but they are infested with roaches, found a scorpion inside my apartment. Neighbors are really loud, I hear stomping every morning at 2am til the time I wake up to go to work, moaning, screams. Very uncomfortable for my children and myself. Energy has gone out 3 times in the 6 months I’ve been here. I agree with other reviews. They almost never answer the phone. I personally have never had a any incident when it comes to security and I consider it to be in a good location."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Management here is absolutely awful - they never answer their phones, you have to go up to the office to get a hold of someone. The apartments are bug infested and absolutely disgusting. My sister and I lived here for 8 months before we finally had enough. There was police presence constantly due to multiple incidences within the complex. Cars are constantly being towed even when you park in correct parking and follow the necessary steps to register your car. Here are a couple instances that happened to us while living there that they did nothing about: We had a roof leak that ended up damaging our ceiling, the nine on shoreline did not do anything other then put a bucket for the water that was leaking directly on our carpet and then they just took the fire alarm that was going off due to water damage down and never replaced it or put it back up. We had to call them multiple times due to cockroaches being in our kitchen and in our bathrooms and we were constantly cleaning and taking out our trash so the issue was within the apartment. They will charge you for every little thing during move out, even things you put on your checklist. The Nine On Shoreline also decided to submit a "debt" to a credit agency over a year after us moving out - even though we have already paid the invoice and paid it 2 days after they gave us our move out statement. They have also ignored any emails coming from the credit agency regarding the dispute. If you can afford to live somewhere different - I would strongly recommend NEVER moving into these apartments."

"lve lived here for about a year and renewing for another (hopefully) in a three bedroom. They are usually busy upfront if you can't phone in but will help if you go to the office. I honestly havent had anything bad to say about them. My apartment is cute and just had small imperfections that either maintenance or I can fix. The prices are decent for the size and layout. I don't 100% agree with the valet trash price but, I don't have to bring my trash to the dumpster so it works out. The three office lady's are nice they do seasonal events / at least one event a month it seems. I definitely recommend the complex. the negative reviews I read don't really add up but everyone's experience is their own."
