"I have been living in these apartments for 9 years, I have never had maintenance problems, the previous manger they were very friendly and attentive, Nancy and Patricia were very helpful I had a problem in my apartment 2023 when they changed owners. Patricia, very kind, Melo solved it by talking to them. owner of the apartment and they were very kind to me and they solved it for me, right now the team of managers who are in the office have not given me an answer and I have been with the apartamento of the room, they took me for 2 weeks and it is not fair they throw me out leon every ir I tell them and it seems that I have no answer"

"Haven’t had hot water for 4 months in winter time. There’s cockroaches, loud neighbors, unsupervised children and dog poop that nobody picks up. When we need problems to be fixed nobody picks up the phone and emails are never answered. The ladies at the office are of no help and make promises they cannot keep."

"I will have you know, that this will be the first time I am leaving a review on ANYTHING. But this is worth mentioning on a public platform for future residents. It is very important information and it’s important that I share the truth about these apartments. These apartments are rat infested. Throughout almost every night I hear rats running and pacing back-and-forth in between the walls. This is by far the most disgusting living conditions I have ever been in. I should have stayed at my old apartment. The leasing office does not pick up their phone. I addressed this, and the girl at the office said that the phone is working. I called as I was right in front of her and the phone was not ringing. She said that it works. I continue to ask if she fixed the phoen in my emails and she does not address it. FIX THE PHONES. I have to email her many times to get her attention to answer me. A lot of these reviews don’t seem like they match the reality of the condition that these apartments are in. I’m looking back at older reviews and those seem more accurate. When I first moved in, the stove wasn’t working. I had no hot water. Parts of my cabinet were falling. And the rat holes weren’t even closed up. If you know residents are moving into an apartment? Wouldn’t you search for things like that? I was livid when I would hear rats running around my apartment during the night. No one should live in conditions like that. Oh, and not to mention, when I moved in the counters weren’t even fully dry. Some of my clothes have paint in them and so do some of my appliances. It’s so embarrassing, on behalf of the apartment to put their residence through any of this. This is going to be the fifth time (or 6th - I can’t even remember at this point) that I’m going to be requesting maintenance for the rats. This has truly been a disaster, and I feel so uncomfortable to be in my apartment. I had a lot of trust in this apartment, because I wanted to believe that they were going to improve with the renovations that they claimed to be having soon. Oh, ever since I moved here, they said that the laundry room would be Ready within the next month now it’s a few months later and it is still not ready. But anyway, a complete disaster, and I never thought I would be having a problem with rats. The rats wake me up in the middle of the night with how loud they’re squeaking. It’s absolutely disgusting and these apartments are infested with rats. There are also several kids being unsupervised. I’m going to be documenting the rat problem progress from here on out because I would hate that someone deals with the same issues. Do not move here. Don’t do it. Again, I will be documenting the entire journey of whether or not they will be fixing this rat problem."
