"Management allows people to have loud parties outside late, does nothing regarding noise complaints. Sends very vague “we’re sorry for what you’re going through” type emails in response to repeated issue and complaints. Common complaints amongst too many tenants. Would not advise to live here as they do not care about it being your home."

"When I first moved in there was roaches. Then I began to notice incomplete interior finishes that were done sloppy. We also keep having mix ups with the rent and utilities because they keep trying to overcharge me like how they tried to charge me for a month of gas when I haven’t even moved there yet. The icing on the cake was when the hot water heater went out and they failed to fix it for 2 weeks. They have no rental office on site so when you contact them via phone or email they barely respond. When you put in maintenance request they barely respond. My ceiling has been leaking for months since I’ve moved in and they still fail to inspect the roofing. This place is honestly terrible and I wouldn’t recommend moving here to anybody."

"We have been without hot water for 10 days. I also have no screens in my living room and bedroom windows, which is dangerous."

"I moved in last Wednesday and I was locked out of my apartment that gave me the wrong code and I was given the correct one today Monday August 14 I came home only to realize I couldn't get in my apartment Mt neighbor told me that 2 guys were up there testing stuff and changed the code to the door and no one gave me the new code im stuck outside with my groceries spoiled my milk and frozen stuff I was not given a key or anything to get inn nor do I have a key to the mailbox o should not have to sleep outside My own apartment I have no idea how to contact the apartment om not happy about this."

"Since we've had Ms Jeanette I must say that things get paid attention to much better. The maintenance calls are done the next day if not the same. The concerns are taken care of. The place feels safer and they are always trying to make it better. Been here 3 years and I don't plan on moving anytime soon."
