"This was the first place I lived since moving to Austin and my stay was great! I loved living here, quiet complex and Brent and the office staff are always so nice and helpful! Only reason I moved was to get a yard for my elderly dog, otherwise would still be living there. I never experienced any of the negative things people left in their reviews when I was living there and I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!"

"I lived here for two years and loved it! The office staff are awesome (all of them) and were always on top of things. Most of my neighbors were cool. I only moved out because of the increase of rent. Everywhere in Austin became too expensive. Otherwise, it is a great place to live."
"Well, I lived there for 6 months, the maintenance is very good, but unfortunately the time I lived there they made it impossible for me, the manager is a pedantic person, he made up complaints that we did not make, he charged me more money than according to fines for things that I had on my balcony when I have proof that the other tenants had many things that according to him were not allowed and he charged me a fine. When they hated to pay a deposit of 750 dollars that they never returned to me and the apartment I left them as they gave it to me. They had to take me to the emergency hospital because of the Manager's insistence on annoying me by inventing things despite being pregnant, he wanted to get me and my two children out before the contract expired. for my part I had a very bad experience in this place I would not recommend anyone to come to live here"
