"I am a resident at Mueller Place on Berkman Dr. New management Asset is without question the best I’ve dealt with. Ms Palacios is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with anything requested. David (new maintenance) keeps this property looking clean and presentable. I am very pleased with the recent changes. Y’all are doing it right!!"

"Do not apply, guy name Keven dodges your call and then makes it a problem when doing your paper. Napoleon when it comes to the apartments. Looks like I have to contact small claims court, they don’t even answer the phone when you want an app refund."

"Do not live here. Grounds are nasty; there’s trash and broken glass/beer bottles everywhere. There’s sewage issues too that leak out on walking paths. There are loud parties constantly, people are always out yelling, partying, and drinking at all hours/days. Bugs, rodents, etc. My car’s license plates were also stolen from the parking lot. When I first moved in they called me the day I was supposed to move in to relocate me to a different unit because of plumbing issues. My new unit had a non-working appliances: a fridge and a filthy stove (with a rat living in it) for a month. The new manager Jeremy is really kind and does his best, but there’s almost never anyone in the office and they don’t really return calls."

"Moved to this place about 4 months ago it had been through some serious changes and at times it was a little inconvenient but in all honestly I really enjoy living here. Staff is amazing. Yazmin is very courteous and prompt when dealing with my requests. Guillermo is great fixes things right the first time so I have no real complaints. I wish they where more plants on site or just greenery in general but all in all its turning around great."

"Whoa!! The online reviews do NOT reflect the new management and ownership!! I have been living here through the transition in ownership. Now, to be fair, the place needed the change. But, I shopped around and the size of the units for the price is VERY reasonable! Furthermore, the office and maintenance folks are freaking AMAZING now. Dallas, who runs the property and Guiermo, the head of maintenance, are everything you could want from a property management team! They are friendly, caring, responsive, and actively working on making the place better and better. In addition to all that, the new ownership is giving the place a much needed makeover. Starting with new roofs on all the buildings! So, my recommendation is to at least swing by and visit with Dallas!"
