Agave Falls Apartments

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the leasing office agent at Agave Falls. To put it bluntly, my interactions with this individual were nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, it was evident that professionalism was not a priority for this agent. Their demeanor was rude, dismissive, and downright hostile. Instead of providing assistance and answering my questions, they seemed more interested in starting arguments and picking fights over trivial matters. Not only was the agent unhelpful, but they also displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and respect. Every interaction left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It's baffling how someone in a customer-facing role could behave in such a manner. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering leasing to steer clear of the leasing office agent. Their behavior is unacceptable, and dealing with them is an unnecessary source of stress and aggravation. Management should take immediate action to address this issue before it drives away potential tenants."

"Went to visit. And found out that water comes in below the foundation into the carpet when it rains heavily. Tenant have filed reports. And only gets nothing in return. Its been 1 year sense damage. Lack of management and enforcement"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE for the sake of your mental health!! One stuff member will tell you everything is fine and another one at the end will tell you the opposite. Hot water is a BIG issue especially in the winter. Cockroach every in the house, the gate is always broken, towing your vehicle be very careful every thought you have registered it. I'm extremely disappointed, angry and frustrated with their unprofessionalism. They have no idea what they are doing there. Don't recommend at all to ANYONE!"

"Entire complex water shut off constantly. Hot water turned off for many “repairs”. Predatory towing by Triton. Roaches no matter what you do. Bike stolen. Laundry stolen. Laundry machines broken. Gate always broken. Loud, constant traffic off 183 with paper thin apartment walls. Not safe. BULLDOZE IT AND START OVER. Got out of lease early for going crazy at paying to live in these conditions. That’s what the 1 star is for. I would have rather saved money and lived out of my car."

"If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My experience living here got from BAD to WORSE. The constant water shut offs for long periods of times sometimes even DAYS. The office employees can be rude and condescending at times. My apartment has had an ONGOING water leak that has not been fixed and now i have BLACK MOLD in my apartment. I was told someone would come and check on this leak twice and no one from maintenance came. This is a health issue. The amount of roaches that are seen throughout the apartments no matter what you do and how many times you try to exterminate them they are still there. The people there are loud and obnoxious and when you complain about this to the office they seem to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have never had to make as many visits to a leasing office as i did when living there. I have COUNTED the days so that i can move out and finish my lease here. This community DOES NOT care for their tenants AT ALL. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to live."
