"DO NOT LIVE HERE **please read especially if you haven’t physically been to this complex/have only seen it from the photos** Whomever took the photos for the website deserves an award. This place looks NOTHINGGGGGGGGG like the photos. I wasn’t able to visit the property before moving (I moved from out of state) and was mortified when I moved in. and that’s just the beginning. They will not respond to emails 85% of the time and when they do, they’re absolutely no help. My car was hit in the parking lot and they would not look at the cameras (they probably don’t work to begin with) THEY ALLOW SMOKING. I was told by the “property manager” that this was a smoke free complex. Months into my lease they sent out an email about how smoking on the balconies is allowed but no littering cigarettes. It’s absolutely disgusting, especially if a neighbor smokes. My apartment smells like cigarettes because of this. Unless you’re a smoker/don’t mind smoking, beware of this!!! this complex is a DUMP. The breezeways are always dirty and the complex always has dog poop all over. The office sends out emails periodically saying how they’re “updating the community” and how the “pool will be open soon”, but the pool has been closed for over a year and no one is ever actually working on it. I was told by another tenant that the pool has been closed for 3 years. They did a paint job that is the equivalent of lipstick on a pig. the paint started chipping within weeks and only looks decent from far FAR away. They also have the AUDACITY to call the gym a “state of the art gym” when it’s about 200 square feet, doesn’t even have a treadmill and is only open during office hours. The gate is also constantly open and people bend the fence all the time and just walk through. There is no security or feeling of safety here. The only redeeming quality about the front office is Dhuli she’s so kind! I hope my next apartment office has someone as awesome as her. and the maintenance guy, he is very sweet. This place is BEYOND over priced, you can find cheaper for BETTER and in a WAY better area. I’ve been wanting to move out since the first month I moved in here. One positive, the complex is relatively “quite”No issues with neighbors, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves."
