"Why cant you give half a star? The old management team along with the new management does nothing but the want to charge for everything. I lived here a year from day one nothing ever got fixed. Floors were torn, bathrooms were moldy, cabinets loose, doors didn't lock properly. I filled out the worksheet upon move in about all that was wrong nothing ever happened. I put in several work orders for those things and they send messages saying they were complete when no one ever came by. I moved out and now they trying to charge me for the things that were wrong when I moved in. I should have have canceled my lease when I first walked in the apartment but me and my kids needed a place to stay. I would not recommend here. Those pictures on the website are fake the complex looks nothing like that."

"Very disappointed with this place, my husband and I have experienced matenance issues including a bathtub that was not painted correctly and when we submitted a work order the paint job was still unfinished leaving the tile on the floor sticky and almost impossible to clean. The side walk infront of our apartment collects massive amounts of rain and after it rains its hard to walk on the flooded muddy sidewalk. Also we have referred a few different tenants and were promised referral money that we've been waiting on for 7 months and never received the funds, we actually don't even know when we will get the money. Also the gate doesn't work and we had some safety concerns as there are no security guards either. There used to be trash everywhere as there was no powerwashing for a long time and the laundry rooms have finally been worked on to look decent but they used to be trashed and unkept. Theres more issues too but Ill just leave it at that. The leasing office staff is very helpful and supportive but it's the ownership and the backend management that concerns me the most."

"Been living here almost three months and so far , everything's been good When something brakes or doesn't work I put my work order depending on the time they usually fix it the same day or next day , Pretty quiet place too :)"

"Air conditioner always goes out its 91 degrees and they take a couple of days to even look at it, can't talk to management because you HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. MY KIDS HAVE BEEN IN THE HEAT FOR A WEEK NOW HAD TO BUY A WINDOW UNIT TO cool off and me and my kids are in one room. Can't call for an emergency because they'll tell u to use the app just no help from no one. Mold mildew roaches etc."
