"management of these apartments imposed a very absurd parking policy where we have to pay $40 per car because they only left very small amount of open spaces for recidents with blue sticker. vehicles cannot park in open spaces because they sell out fast and you can't park on the property unless you pay 40 dollars for parking you can literally drive by & observe all the parking spaces that they rent and those that they give to the residents it is an abuse what they are doing. On top of that the people that did reserve are still getting towed because other cars are parked on their space and there is nowhere else to park. Manager sucks at explaining and communicating to residents. No map was shown and no numbers were painted. Old numbers from the previous management are fading but they still refuse to paint them. They're money diggers and overall rude staff when it comes to asking them questions. For visitors we need to enter a code on the websit however most of the residence dont have the code because the office doesn't communicate this type of things. Wood valcony are really loose and rotten, apartments are not being remodeled but still charging like it was. Pool is always nasty, and the gym facility is never open. No emergency number provided for residence, We have to wait for the next business day. Cockroach infestion & they still charge a pest fee. Really Old AC units that always stop working. They have Black water comming out on the parking lot with strong nasty smell. They charge all this money but still can't fix thing correctly. DON'T MOVE IN. I don't recommend this Nasty place."

"The city should really take a look at this place. I think it has mold. My daughter developed “asthma” while living here. We have moved out and she no longer has asthma. The apartments are horrible theres a roach infestation and new management was nice when they first got a hold, after a few months they became rude. You literally pay 1,800$ rent to live in bad conditions. Ac doesnt work and they just start putting window units. They say its the “insulation” or they say theyll come back to check and not check. I went for mail one time and heard one of the maintance people saying” use wd40 or tape to fix broken things” and saying they wouldnt be fixing anything because they didnt have the budget to do so."

"Bad service I would give no stars if I could, went to get information and wasn't even attended to a women with so called highlights with terrible roots showing was on her phone the whole time, didn't even hang up we waited for at least 10 minutes like idiots waiting for her to at least be courteous and say something to us but no she ignored and kept talking. A resident came in as well and was annoyed cause she as well wasn't attended to. This was yesterday 01/30/023 @ 2:00 pm very sad please get it together."

"This apartment complex has NEW management! The new owners and management are proactive. They are very interested in making your living experience comfortable. There has been a lot of security changes. New security cameras are being installed. A phone number to contact for security issues is now available. They are enforcing the lease breaches. I am beginning to love living here now. It has been a long time waiting for exceptional management and staff!"

"So many issues that I don’t know where to start. First would be the roach problem. This issue was supposed to be handled a month after we moved in. This was before they changed their management team 3 times. First management team never took care of it and when it was reported they figured that they never added this information or reported it to anybody or the then new management team. It wasn’t until the third time that they “handled” it and by that I mean that it took them about 3 weeks to get their things together and actually have pest control come to the apartment. Second would be the constant leaks from the ceiling, this issue was reported at least 3 times and each time it was “fixed” only for the next time to come back even worse. Had a leak coming from the master bathroom which it took them more than a month to fix. For than entire month I couldn’t use the bathroom because of the mess the maintenance team had left behind. I attached photos of the after the reinstallation when I was told a new bathtub would be placed. Seems that every fire extinguisher we reported was not inspected since 2015. The community problem which seems to be mentioned in these reviews is the towing. Be careful where you park and always make sure that if you move in you have your parking pass or they will tow you. In most days the complex smells like sewer water and also be careful where you step because it seems like nobody picks up after their pet. An issue that is poorly managed by the front office no matter how many times the team is changed or how many times it is reported. If you are considering moving in or unfortunately signed your contract make sure to buy dark curtains because those fog lights they have installed will make it very difficult to sleep."
