"I’m giving the property a 2 overall, because I do like my apartment. It’s not real spacious, but is modern, so I appreciate that. I like that they do work with you if you are having problems with paying rent. However the maintenance of the property definitely could be better. I feel like I’m the only resident that picks up their animal’s feces. (It’s everywhere) And maintenance is slow to respond. I’ve had a leaky ceiling since September. This has been reported but when it rains, it leaks bad in my home. I’m afraid that the ceiling will fall in on me."

"The Bridge at Loyola has been my home for over a year now and I decided to stay another year. I can't stress enough how friendly and inviting the office staff are, they make the application process so easy and worry free. If there were any issues it was quickly resolved and if not I was accommodated. I also have the upmost respect for the maintenance and give them much props. Great amenities, LOCATION, pet friendly, good neighbors plenty of parking in the garage. If you're looking for a nice comfortable spot then this is the place for you. Brent L. Hutchison"

Hannah was the one who did my application and from day one she has always been so helpful, she remembers me by name, and she is always approachable. It is not easy managing an apartment complex, and Daniel goes above and beyond his job. Maintenance Also stays busy trying to keep this community clean. Me personally have had the best experience with the staff and I appreciate them because they really have their work cut out for them but they still come to work every day to keep these apartments great!"
