"I really love the location of the apartment and the upgrades on the inside are really nice. The outside is nice, don't get me wrong, but I was surprised to see how nice the inside was. I have quartz counters and laundry in my apartment and the management people always take care of things pretty quick. I really like living here!"

"I’m usually not one to our reviews but this time I MUST!!! Moved here a few weeks ago and moved to their sister property. There was a ROACH INFESTATION in the apartment I was moved into. Within that first week, I slowly started moving my things in there and they started popping out. Of course they said they weren’t aware, but as my stuff was in there I refused to live in there until pest control comes. They were scheduled for Monday but maintenance did some sort of treatment…when I tell you there were roaches dead EVERYWHERE!! I had to get rid of some things while I moved to the other location cause they were dead/crawling all over it. NOW that I’m at Ventura Apartments, they REFUSE to do anything for compensation. so only received a discounted moving rate that EVERY NEW RESIDENT is getting. Now Rebekah has blocked my number and refuses to change my APPROVED RATE on my rent that’s due. Even the leasing agent at my location can’t even do it. I requested pest control AGAIN cause i know some travelled with me BUT no one seems to even care anymore. So STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THESE SISTER PROPERTIES!!!"

"I have lived here in the Anderson Flats apartments since May that I am notifying the office and maintenance staff to fix the bathtub and the toilet that came loose and apart from that the laundry room is filling with mold, the floor is peeling off so from the bathroom where water flows up from the floor and no one does anything, they just tell me that they will come to fix it and nothing, they will come"
