"I lived here in a 13 month lease term I would rather be homeless again than ever live here. Water gets shut off multiple times a month due to the poor quality of pipes always bursting some way or another. The rent price is just not worth it they will say it’s due to location but you spend so much money on rent here people most likely can’t afford to use the domain right across the highway. It took them over 4 weeks to come and even look at my burst water heater so I had no hot water for a month. Due to the water heater bursting black mold grew in my storage unit and most likely spread to inside the walls in the unit. After 6 weeks of reporting the mold I got the landlord special where they just painted over the black mold so it’s still growing in my old unit. Sorry new tenant. And the community manager Sonja is so incompetent she requires a hand written 60 day notice to vacate because she can’t keep up with her email. And Sonja lost my initial 60 day written notice and almost screwed me out of moving into my current place. Whatever you do find a different place. Do not live here"

"I was so close to signing a lease here until I saw this. I was to sign on February 29th After finally being able to tour this is the bathroom in the apartment that they were trying to rent to me. There was a big fan in the bathroom to dry off the paint that failed to cover up the brown spots on the wall. When I asked if the ceiling would be fixed before move in. Silvia said that she did not know. It was way in the back and it looked poorly maintained. There was a white suv on bricks and there was trash bags on the other tenants porch. The stairs are brutal for anyone but especially for people like myself with issues. If I would have signed the lease I would have been screwed. If people are willing to pay then they should not mind making sure it’s nice for the tenants. Those photos on the website looks nothing like the apartment that I walked in."

"We have been living at the Milo for almost 4 yrs. In the last few months the Management has changed 180 degrees for the better. The best move they ever made was bringing on SONJA NIEVES as the property manager. She is an absolute rockstar!!!! She is so quick to handle any issue a tenant has and always does it with love and care. she curated a team of employees that are all so kind and caring as well. She has definitely changed the Milo property for the better and would now recommend anyone who is looking to consider living here."
