"I writing to revise my review on this property. I toured this complex on Saturday, February 24th. It had been on my list for months, but it wasn't open when I first moved to Austin. During the tour, I found the perfect unit for me - it had lots of natural light, a great floor plan, and a walk out to make it easy to walk my dog. After the tour on Saturday, the leasing agent never sent me the quote for that unit or another unit we discussed. I was initially quite disappointed, however, I am happy to say that the team at The Bond reached out right away and I was able to secure my desired unit. I'm looking forward to moving in."

Everything is brand new (or almost done being built, in some cases!) And the staff is super kind & helpful! I even got the best tumbler when I moved in!"
"I moved in a couple of weeks ago and things have been great. The move-in process was simple and the management team has been amazing to work with. They were great with answering my questions about my move-in. There were a few minor cosmetic things that come with a new build that needed to be looked at, but they were taken care of quickly. Overall, I have been enjoying my experience here so far."
"I recently moved into the Bond last week and the move in experience was seemless! The amenities are amazing (especially the gym, which is the best apartment gym I've seen) , and the Bond team has helped me with everything I needed during the move in process. I would highly recommend the Bond!"
"I am one of the first residents at the Bond and am very pleased. The management is very respectful and delightful even though I must have been a pain to deal with all of the inquiries. The utility, system A/C, and all appliances work properly so it is a relief to focus just on decorating the place. Downside of the Bond is that it is undergoing construction meaning there is no pool yet. I can not wait for it to be finished so I can enjoy downstream pool. Lastly, the Bond is in the Domain vicinity so I can visit whenever I desire and far enough to be peaceful and quiet. It is un-walkable in my opinion.. Overall, the Bond made me feel like home when I have just moved from another country alone. It has everything I ask for and hope this lasts until I move on."
