Great vibes from this place and if Joshua represents the community that lives here then this is one cool place. We are still looking at all options but this guy definitely stood out in our full day of apartment hunting this past Friday."

"I LOVE living here. Every issue I have ever had has been met with importance and efficiency. The leasing office staff is incredibly kind and the hospitality is unmatched compared to anywhere else that I have lived. I moved in fairly quickly and they were more than flexible to help me get into an apartment. I feel completely safe and comfortable living here, the environment is so homey, and it’s not too far from the Domain ;) . If you are looking for anywhere to live I highly recommend living here at Madison Northridge. edit: Not as many pipes busted during the freeze (January 2024) because the complex took extra precaution and gave us heat lamps and included specific instructions for our outside washer and dryer areas so the pipes didn’t burst. although, my upstairs neighbor says their pipes busted, and after having a conversation with the amazing Rowan in the leasing office about the next steps they were going to take, she had mentioned it was actually a malfunction with the sensor in their washer that caused it to over fill and leak on to my washer/ dryer area. Concluding my review, Madison Northridge has been the most prepared complex I’ve lived in and finding a place that takes care of you and your safety during times like this is important. 1,000,000/10 recommend. shout out Rowan and Josh for always being so kind and hard working!"
