"If I could leave negative stars I would! Office staff if very unprofessional and argumentative it comes to you wanting answers. Moved out of their sister property back in September 2023 for four months I have been going back forth with different people about the return of my deposit I was told several times my check was mailed out when it fact they never sent the check out . When calling to get information to corporate so I can get real answers the office staff didn't want to give out the number Luckily their leasing site has the information I need. Avoid renting from these crooks. To your response, you wouldn't know if I was a current or former resident due to the fact I've gotten married and changed my last name . I have contacted the correct managers and they refuse to give numbers or a email. I had to come look your reviews just to get the information I needed. Because instead of helping find answers your staff wanted to take the rude and acted irritated because I want my money back from my deposit."

"I am not having a good experience here. The security is a joke here with poor lighting and shopping carts lying around. Also, the people in the leasing office are of little help in your issues. I have had many issues in my new apartment, and many of them are still pending with no response despite my several visits. I have no idea what type of inspection is being done here. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to live near Domain."

"I recently lived in this apartment complex managed by RPM in Austin, Texas from 2022-2023. The good: The staff in the leasing office were always friendly, polite, and always had an informed answer whenever I had a question about something while I was living there. The bad: Unfortunately, my overall experience was far from positive, prompting me to share my concerns with potential renters and to not renew my lease. General upkeep: Overflowing garbage: The complex was plagued by overflowing dumpsters, creating an eyesore and attracting unpleasant odors and pieces of garbage strewn about by the wind. Security concerns: The security gates for vehicles were frequently broken for extended periods, compromising the safety of residents in a neighborhood with vagrancy issues. Additionally, gaps in the perimeter fence allowed unauthorized individuals to enter the property. Lack of pest control: Regular pest control was absent, leading to a persistent roach problem my apartment. A roach trap right next to the front door was a permanent fixture in my apartment. Unusable amenities: The car wash area was rendered useless due to broken equipment, including the air compressor, vacuum, and water faucet. Water outage: We experienced a 24-hour water outage due to a supposed leak that the management couldn't resolve promptly. Unkempt grounds: The grounds were poorly maintained, with litter, bare patches where grass used to be, and dog excrement even on the walkways. Unethical practices by landlord: Failure to return security deposit: The landlord, RPM, charged us for "wear and tear" items that were present upon move-in, such as peeling paint. This is a violation of Texas tenancy laws, and I am currently disputing these charges. Unprofessional communication: After settling my account, I received an email from RPM claiming I still owed a balance on my account. Fortunately, I had the email confirmation from the week prior affirming that I had, in fact, paid all charges to my account to-date. In my opinion, that was unprofessional. Overall assessment: My experience at this RPM property was deeply disappointing. I felt like it was neither a safe nor a clean place to live, which is why I did not renew my lease with them. I urge potential renters to carefully consider these factors before choosing an RPM property."

"I have lived here for 8 months and would not recommend it. Apartment itself is fine, but the complex is poorly maintained. Pool frequently looks gross, trash piled up everywhere, and gym not cleaned regularly. Expect the amenities to be unusable 90% of the time. Office just says they will look into it and never does anything. I would check out Folio and the Camden near by as I have heard better things about them. I will not be renewing my lease."
