"When moving to the radius, I was sold a first floor apartment with all wood floors. When signing the lease I was told that my apartment was now a second floor and that wood floors would be included. Moving in I was surprised to see carpets. The apartment I was signed for was destroyed and I'm still living with some of the same damage. Management made lots of promises and never delivered. After 1 month my dryer broke. It was disassembled and it took 1.5 months before I could do laundry again. Recently I reported birds trapped in the oven vent attached to the microwave. Management said there was little they could do but said they would have the vents cleaned out early feb. No one ever came and the manager has avoided contact since. The birds died and broke my my microwave. Maggots began littering my oven and im am now 3 weeks without a microwave and flies have begun to swarm my apartment. I have received 0 updates from Management and they have hired a new girl who had now been tasked liason with me and has no answers for except for "i will ask". The cherry on top is that when my lease renewal came up, I was denied any negotiation. 2 weeks later the price if the same model units dropped to 1500 and more recently 1400. I feel like im overpaying at 1700 base with little care from the complex. Everyone is nice and respectful but there is little follow through."
"While this place is newer construction and aesthetically pleasing, it's a mess in so many other ways. The trail and pool are nice but the entire year I lived there, the leasing office, gym and restrooms for the pool were shut down. They were doing so much construction it was loud all the time but most importantly it's NOT safe there. Our apartment was broken into more than once, my roommates car was stolen entirely and my boyfriend was only visiting for a few hours and his car was broken into as well. His work bag was stolen and a literal paper trail of his stuff led us to the third floor so clearly there are BAD people living there if you are breaking into your neighbors cars and house!!! They obviously don't do background checks here! On top of that the apartment basically told us there was nothing they could do since they have no security cameras in the parking lot, the ones where they leave the gate open 24/7!!! They don't care about the residents here and when our dryer broke, they took out the unit and said they'd replace it with a new one. A MONTH later they brought us a new one. No rent reduction despite our rent including having a washer and dryer or even an apology for that matter. That would require them answering the phone for once which basically never happens. If they could actually focus on making the apartments safe and quiet this would be a nice place to live as the apartment units themselves are quite nice and pretty inside. I'm much happier now at Saratoga Ridge"
"Moved in in June 2023 and in the beginning we had a couple of issues but they got worked out by maintenance. Our unit is in good shape and we haven’t really encountered many problems. The community is pretty quiet on our side. There were some issues with litter and doggy poop but management provided doggy bag stations which helped. The other issue were the dumpsters. They would get stuffed and people would leave trash everywhere. Management addressed this with valet trash. Things are shaping up slowly. They renovated the gym recently and it is very very nice. Overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend it."
"Nice place, apartments are older but in good condition with nice high ceilings. Leasing staff is always helpful, something maintenance can take a while but it’s nothing crazy. Only real complaint is gates are often broken, but overall good place!"
"I've lived in some bad places, but this might be the worst. Infested with roaches and mice, and while walking my dog, I regularly encountered things like rusty razorblades, used needles, and Sprite bottles full of piss on the walkways. No one cleans up after their dog, virtually every grassy surface is covered in feces. There is only one maintenance guy and things don't really get maintained, only eventually replaced. We complained about not having a garbage disposal or fan in our bathroom for a month before they installed those things, only because we contacted upper management. While installing the garbage disposal, they broke our dishwasher. We then waited another month, asking 4 times, before they replaced our dishwasher. They brought one from another unit, it still had food scraps and magnets on it. The gate is almost never working and despite leases claiming you will be given a remote gate opener and access code, it only functions via the use of an app. Rebecca, the manager, will lie at every possible opportunity, and she literally said to my face that she didn't have to follow our lease because the lease violations, like our unit not having an alarm as the lease promises, were "minor.""
