"Living at Arise Riverside Apartments has been an absolute pleasure, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Seth. From day one, Seth has been incredibly attentive and responsive to any issues or concerns I've had with my apartment. Whether it was a minor maintenance issue or a larger repair, Seth was quick to address it with professionalism and efficiency. His dedication to ensuring that everything in the apartment is in top-notch condition truly sets him apart. Not only does Seth excel in fixing things promptly, but his friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to assist residents make him a standout member of the Arise Riverside team. It's comforting to know that I can rely on him for any assistance I may need. Overall, I highly recommend Arise Riverside Apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained living space, made even better by the outstanding service provided by Seth. Thank you for making my living experience here truly exceptional!"
"Thomas is amazing! On my tour today, he was very knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air in the leasing world. As a locator, I understand the conflicts a leasing staff can face daily. After sitting in the office for a few minutes before my tour and experiencing some resident run-ins, and then experiencing a tour with lots of questions asked, I could tell that Thomas actually cared about the property, it's residents, and it's future residents! If you move in here, I know Thomas and his team will take care of you!"
"Been here over a year, no complaints. Maintenance team was really cool, took care of my work order the same I put it in. Seth even came back the following day to give me a courtesy check. I appreciate that."
"This place is a disaster. Within a month of living here I already wanted to move. I'm giving an extra star only because of Thomas. He is a great addition to this community On moving day when I first walked in to my unit, I immediately noticed that there was no carpet in the bedroom and there was supposed to be. I had mentioned several times that not having carpet in the bedroom was a deal breaker for me, so you can imagine the shock I had when I saw that. I immediately called the office to find out what the hell happened. I was told that the previous tenant's cat had damaged the carpet so bad that instead of being replaced with new carpet, like most places would, they decided to put down vinyl flooring. And no one called to tell me that and my movers were about to be here! And of course they had no other floor plans like mine available on the top floor. I was pissed. Huge oversight on their part. The floor by my patio door is not level and it slants up, so my end table is wobbly. I'm pretty sure that kitchen sinks are supposed to slant down towards the drain, but all of the liquid and food in my sink pools and gets stuck in the corners. Mine is completely level because I checked. So that's awesome. The car gate was broken when I moved in and it took a month to fix. I had asked someone after I moved in what the issue was with the gate, and they told me that it's broken constantly. Not long after it was fixed for the 100th time, some idiot ran into it and it broke again. It's broken more often than it works (this is important for later). The pedestrian gate was also broken, and I had submitted a work order to have them start the process of fixing that as well. That took several weeks. The other pedestrian gate that leads to a trail behind the complex was also broken and when I came back from being out of town, there was a padlock on it. Weird, but whatever. There are also homeless people living back there. A few days ago, I noticed there was no longer a padlock on this gate, and it was wide open. I just checked (12/26) and now it seems like there is a new padlock on it They office doesn't do anything to deter tenants from leaving their trash in the hallways over the weekend. Everyone knows valet trash doesn't pick up on Friday/Saturday or holidays. I have brought this to their attention many times. But with the new management that took over, I'm sure that they don't know all the issues people have with this place. It's disgusting seeing trash sitting out, especially when it was over 100 degrees during the summer. Walls are pretty thin. I can hear my next door neighbors laughing/playing music all the time. Now, for the part on why you should definitely not live here. I had recently come back from being out of town for a week, and when I returned, I noticed I couldn't find my car anywhere. And just to make sure that I wasn't crazy, I walked the length of the entire parking lot 3 times and called 4 places to see if, for some reason, my car had been towed. Nope, because it had been freaking stolen! And do you want to know why? I'm betting it's because one of the gates is always broken. I returned on 12/15 and the car gate was open until 12/18. The gate is not supposed to be open at 4 am. I get home from work late and I also stood there for several minutes 2 days in a row at 4 am to see if it closed. It didn't. I went to the office to speak with the assistant GM to talk to her about my situation and I told her that I didn't feel safe living here anymore, much less parking a car here. I asked to be let out of my lease since this happened because of their negligence. I was told no, we can't do anything for you. I'm not going to break a lease either. I don't feel like I should have to pay my concessions back or lose my deposit when this wasn't my fault either. I definitely won't be referring friends or clients here. These garbage pictures are all from a holiday weekend, which means garbage won't be picked up until the following night Hope this helps"
