"I’ve been a resident at Parkside Crossing for just about 6 yrs. So today 02/23/24 I’m walking out to get into my car to drop my daughter off at school and I’m going to work problem is my car is missing I call 311 it’s not on the towed list I call Travis County car isn’t on the tow list. My brother has to drop us off. I get the tow company info that tows at Parkside Crossing I call they towed my car cause I didn’t have a permit now I’ve had my car since June and not once has it been touched. I call triton towing 330 dollars to get my car. I try to call Parkside Crossing numerous times no answer left message no one called me back. Finally talked to Maria office manager she says I’m trying to help you I’ll give you a free parking permit Maria you’re 330 too late. Was going to renew my lease but I will not be renewing I guess Maria thinks 330 for the tow truck company is way more important than the almost 2600 dollars in rent that I currently pay. The people at triton towing are rude and very unprofessional they cuss you and that’s who Parkside Crossing wants to do business with seriously. Don’t waste your time on this property trust me there’s way better properties that are cheaper and professional to deal with pass on this property if you want peace of mind!"

"I had a visitor staying with me for a few nights. I called the office and they told me I could register my guest's car through the resident app, which I did. Apparently the app doesn't actually register the car with the towing company, so the car ended up getting towed. The office takes zero accountability for giving me incorrect information that lead to the towing. They just keep saying there's nothing they can do even though it's their policy that's being enforced and I followed their instructions."

"Update at bottom! I have been waiting awhile to leave this review and I’m glad i did. I wanted to share my experience with you all in general, and more specifically the roach infestation problem here at Parkside Crossing. (Building 7) Since moving in on June 1st, after finding piles of dead roaches upon move-in and constant activity, I've had exterminators come in many times, but unfortunately, It's been almost four months now, and I'm still dealing with these unwanted guests. The first time the exterminators came they said “probably just a few stragglers from a former resident” second time “they are coming from the drain” so on .. finally they said from their findings they believe a more thorough cleaning needs to be done. With a deep clean it’s 3 steps and the prep for step 1 is basically pack your entire house up, wait 3hours for the strong chemicals from the exterminator to calm down and only then you can renter your home. After that you skip a week , then step 2. You can only have your belongings in top shelf’s and nothing in the bathroom or on kitchen counter, wait 3hours for the strong chemicals from the exterminator to calm down and only then you can renter your home. Skip another week and step 3. No prep necessary, you can unpack your house finally after 2/3weeks of packing and unpacking and packing again.. INCONVENIENT. In the midst of my roach infested apartment problems, they are renovating the apartment across the hall from me which is all fine and great until there are appliances left in the hallway outside of my front door (refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave) and not only do these appliances have dead roaches on them. It’s also a fired hazard because it is quite literally blocking the fire alarm. They sat outside my front door for 3 or 4 days I will say as soon as I brought it up to the leasing office they had them moved very shortly after but still should have never been there in the first place. When speaking to the leasing office about the appliances left in the hallway I brought up the roaches and was offered a personal recommendation if the deep clean from the exterminators don’t work but unfortunately it’s not safe for dogs and if my dog passes because of a personal recommendation that would be a personal issue with whomever made the recommendation so I will not be taking that recommendation to avoid any conflict with that person. I’ve been holding onto hope these roaches will go away but I’m afraid I’m losing hope.. especially when I’m laying in bed at 10:30pm and i look down to a roach crawling on my arm. If the roach problem continues to persist, I may have to consider exploring legal options through my company to ensure a satisfactory resolution. I will be looking forward to hearing back from you all. Update: The roach problem did continue but as soon as I told the leasing office it was still continuing they offered me a new unit to ensure immediate resolution. my new unit I’ve been in for exactly one month now does not seem to have any bugs! Extremely satisfied with their quality response and efforts. Yes it was a very rough start but in the end they took care of me !"

"Have been living here for 5 months after moving from Mexico. Didn’t know English but the lady named Elizabeth translated for me. Very nice of her. Maintenance are very fast to solve the problems you might have. Overall very nice place to live."

"This apartment complex is very affordable compared to the others I’ve toured and everything is up to date and clean so your money isn’t wasted. Very trendy and cute! Also, Jennifer was such a blessing in giving us a tour and helping us with our next steps! She definitely helped relieve the moving stress!"
