Midtown Commons at Crestview Station

"The apartment itself is great, but I would look elsewhere if you order packages on a regular basis. About 50% of my packages go missing or are marked as delivered when they aren't. For paying this much for an apartment, I shouldn't have to get my packages delivered to a friend's house or work in order to receive them successfully."

"I have lived here since May and at first, it was fine. The garage for building three gets overrun with visitors on weekends, but parking being tight I can forgive as it’s a public garage. However, the homeless people sleeping in stairwells, noisy neighbors, and poor apartment upkeep I cannot overlook. I’ve had to call 911 nurmerous times for loitering in my building stairwell and as a single, young woman, I never feel truly safe in my home now. The leasing office failed to tell me about the ‘courtesy officer’ until I had already notified the office and APD 3 times and APD will not issue trespassing warnings since the building is privately owned. All these luxuries can be your’s for the low price of a dirty apartment and $1500. The only redeeming quality is the location, but at the cost of your peace and quiet."

"In general, I enjoy looking for apartments about as much as I enjoy having teeth pulled. However, the team at Midtown Commons were so easy to work with and supportive in their efforts the the experience was enjoyable. I'm thrilled that I found this place, and feel grateful to the team for making the process so easy."

"The garage door has been open for months. Vehicle vandalism is very common. Despite many complaints from several tenants, they refuse to fix the problem. Hey management, do not reply to this review with some generic “We are sorry to hear this” response. FIX THE GARAGE GATE! Edit: You have not been in contact with me. You haven’t returned calls or emails. You were allegedly not in the office when I stopped by 2 days ago. You will respond to this public review though?"

"I’ve been living here since the summer, and I love it so much. The office staff is super cool and friendly. My apartments cute. The amenities are great. Parking garage and amount of parking is really good, especially for Austin. The socials are really fun!"
